2. Nature of Products

All products sold on our website are custom-made stickers, printed based on the design, text, size, and specifications provided by the customer.

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • All sales are final once printing begins

  • Products are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold

3. Design Responsibility

  • Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy, spelling, colors, dimensions, and overall design submitted.

  • We are not responsible for errors that appear in the final product due to customer-provided designs.

  • Customers must ensure they own the rights or have permission to use any artwork, logos, or text submitted.

4. Design Changes & Order Modifications

  • Design changes or modifications are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • All change requests must be submitted via our official support email.

  • After 24 hours or once printing has started (whichever is earlier), no changes, cancellations, or modifications will be accepted.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are final and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned.

  • Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer may result in delays or loss, for which we are not liable.

7. Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged during shipping:

  • Customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.

  • The video must be sent to our support email within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Upon verification, we will reprint and resend the product at no additional cost.

  • No refunds will be issued for damaged items.

8. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit:

  • We will reprint and ship a replacement order.

  • Refunds are not applicable for lost shipments.

9. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for custom-made products.

  • Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to fulfill the order for reasons solely attributable to us.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including images, text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of brothersticker.com.
