1. Custom Products – No Returns
All our products are custom-made stickers, created specifically based on the design provided by the customer.
Due to the personalized nature of our products:

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been printed.

Orders cannot be cancelled after printing has begun.
2. Design Changes & Modifications
We understand that changes may be required after placing an order.

Customers are allowed to modify or change their design within 24 hours of placing the order.

Any design change requests must be shared within 24 hours via our official support email.

After 24 hours or once the order is printed, no changes, modifications, or cancellations will be accepted.
3. Damaged Products During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged due to courier handling:

Customers must share a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.

The video must be sent to our support email within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will reprint and resend the product at no additional cost.

No refunds will be issued for damaged products; replacement will be provided.
4. Lost Shipments
In case your shipment is lost during transit:

Once confirmed with the courier partner, we will reprint and dispatch a new order.

No refund will be issued for lost shipments; replacement will be provided instead.
5. Incorrect Information Provided by Customer
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures caused due to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Incorrect contact details provided by the customer
Such cases will not be eligible for refunds or free replacements.
6. Refunds

Since all products are custom-made, refunds are not applicable once printing has started.

Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where we fail to fulfill the order.
